PAYMENT

This shop accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped 1st class mail via USPS within 1-3 days of the date of purchase and are typically delivered within 1 week for domestic (US) orders. During holidays this may be longer. For international, packages typically take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

For framed artwork, original paintings, or bulk orders, it may take slightly longer to process and ship your order to insure accuracy and proper packaging.

INTERNATIONAL

If you are ordering outside of the US, please be aware of any possible import taxes/fees from your country. Taxes must be paid by buyer to insure delivery. At the moment my web store is only shipping to the US and Canada due to pandemic concerns and delays, especially with one of a kind art pieces. I do ship worldwide through my Etsy shop where you can find all my art prints available.

UK CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately due to Brexit I cannot accept orders from the UK. The UK government now requires small businesses to setup a registration for a VAT identification number and make quarterly payments to the UK government. At the moment this is too time consuming for my one person shop to handle, but please do shop for prints through my Etsy shop as Etsy is more equipped to handle this.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be mailed with tracking, and shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. If returning for a refund, you will be refunded item purchase price via original payment method.

Digital downloads, custom, or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. Certain items like original paintings or limited release items may have a restocking fee up to 5%.

INSTALLMENT PLANS

I’m happy to offer installment plans to those who would like to purchase an original painting or items in bulk. Message me and we can come up with a daily, weekly, or monthly payment system to accommodate your needs.
